PetSmart Opens New Store in Harrisburg with Grand Celebration

Pet lovers in the Harrisburg area have a reason to rejoice as PetSmart, the renowned pet supply retail chain, unveiled its latest store at the Colonial Commons shopping center on Jonestown Road in Lower Paxton Township. The grand opening event, held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, marked a day of celebration for both pets and their parents.
The new PetSmart store boasts an impressive 20,600-square-foot space, ensuring ample room to cater to the needs of a wide variety of pets, from cats and dogs to fish, birds, reptiles, and small animals. The store is a one-stop-shop for pet essentials, offering an extensive range of products including pet food, toys, treats, apparel, habitats, and supplements.
During the grand opening event, pet parents were treated to a special surprise – a free, pre-packaged goodie bag filled with delightful items. These bags contained coveted treasures such as a $10 PetSmart gift card, a pet bandana, an assortment of pet toys, and valuable coupons (while supplies lasted).
